Job Description

Canberra Health Services provides an chance for a Clinical Pharmacist (On Site) to join the Oncology and Haematology team at The Canberra Hospital. You will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services, conduct ward rounds, and perform medication reviews with patient counselling.

Role includes chemotherapy dispensing, multidisciplinary collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health staff, and participation in education, research and quality initiatives in cancer pharmacy.
