Job Description

Exchange Hotel Kyogle is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations across the restaurant, bars and event spaces. You will drive service standards, staff engagement and guest experiences in our welcoming country pub setting.

You will manage rosters, budgets and stock, coordinate functions and live entertainment, and mentor a team of 10+ hospitality staff to deliver exceptional hospitality daily.
