Job Description

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Delivery Operations Shift Manager to lead a large hourly team in our delivery station. You will ensure orders are delivered on time and safely, mentoring staff and driving performance in a 4 days on/3 days off schedule.

The role collaborates across ACES, Finance, Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives, while maintaining safety culture and improving delivery efficiency.
