Dewhurst is seeking a strategic business leader to unite two established entities into one integrated operation at Moorebank. You will shape the vision, drive change across manufacturing and people, and partner with the global CEO and board to capture growth prospects.

You will oversee the sheet metal fabrication and bespoke finishing/joinery segments, align cultures, strengthen senior customer relationships, and deliver continuous improvement through people-led initiatives.
