Job Description

Everyday Independence in Springwood is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults (9–25) with disability, guiding them through education, social and work goals. You will lead an interdisciplinary team delivering NDIS-funded therapies across diverse settings.

You will collaborate with families, manage sessions, and participate in regular mentoring through hub meetings, while advancing your clinical practice in a supportive, values-driven workplace.
