APM is seeking an Employment Consultant to support people with disability and connect them with sustainable employment in Inverell, NSW, with outreach to Tenterfield. You will combine people support with sales, relationship building and administration to create meaningful prospects daily.

You will build relationships with employers, coach participants to be job-ready, and drive outcomes while balancing client support with proactive job development and closing placements.
