Job Description

Impact HR Group in Newcastle–Maitland region seeks a Senior Bookkeeper to lead the day-to-day finance administration and mentor a small team. You'll own processes, support an Operations Manager and Management Accountant, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

You'll drive improvements across AP/AR, payroll, BAS, and cash flow with hands-on leadership and collaboration in a supportive setting. Excellent communication and adherence to controls are essential.
