Job Description

Workwear Group is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen operational excellence across its franchise network. You will own governance, risk and compliance programs, develop documentation and drive consistency across stores nationwide.

You'll implement the Operators Manual and ensure policies, SOPs and guidelines are current, legally compliant and practically adopted across the network. Versatile, hybrid work arrangements are available.
