Job Description

Mayday Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a close-knit HR team on a 3-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. Based in Sydney CBD with hybrid work, you will partner with leaders to deliver practical day-to-day HR advice.

You will handle general HR queries, draft employment documentation, and support employee relations cases, including performance and conduct matters, under the guidance of the HRBP and HR Manager.
