CoStar Group's Domain division in Australia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into people plans, and to partner with ELT leaders to drive organisational performance across functions.

You will lead workforce planning, talent management, leadership development and change initiatives, coaching senior leaders and shaping design and culture. The role requires 8+ years of HR experience in complex organisations with solid stakeholder influence.
