Job Description

UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Home Care Worker in the Hunter region, Wallsend, to support older people at home with compassionate, person-centred care. The role includes personal care, transport assistance, domestic tasks, and reporting client progress to the team.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and Aged Care (desirable), possess a current Australian driver's licence and a registered vehicle, and be prepared to travel as needed.
