$56.31 - $62.16 per hour + Super 11-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Hybrid Working | 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH 35 Hours Per Week An exciting chance is available for an experienced Project Support Officer to join a high-profile NSW Government division responsible for providing assurance and advisory services across major infrastructure projects, asset management programs and portfolio risks.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
End-to-end invoice processing and payment tracking
n
Purchase order creation and management
n
Supplier onboarding and vendor administration
n
Contract administration and record maintenance
n
Liaising with Finance teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
n
Coordinating meetings, workshops, forums and review activities
n
Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication activities
n
Maintaining project documentation, records and reports
n
Assisting with governance and administrative support requirements
n
Coordinating communications, newsletters and stakeholder correspondence
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role,



you will demonstrate experience in:

n

n
Financial administration, accounts payable or invoice processing
n
Purchase orders, procurement support or supplier onboarding
n
Contract administration and records management
n
Project coordination or project support within a complex workplace
n
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
n
Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
