Job Description

As an Assistant Insurance Adviser, you'll work closely with our team of advisers across the full client lifecycle. This role is a stepping stone for someone goal-oriented who wants to build their career within Confio, with a transparent path toward an Insurance Adviser role and beyond.

Key responsibilities

Supporting advisers through the renewals process, from preparation through to completion

n

Liaising directly with clients to manage queries, gather information, and keep them informed

n

Assisting with new business preparation and documentation

n

Keeping client records and policy details accurate and up to date in our CRM

n

Providing day-to-day administrative support to your senior adviser and the wider team

n

About you

n

No prior broking experience required, though familiarity with platforms like Sunrise is a bonus

n

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications; HubSpot experience is highly regarded

n
