Job Description

Mad Mex has a 12-month program that takes experienced hospitality operators from employed to owner. A plan with dates on it guiding your path from training to ownership.

Months 1–3: Learn our systems, our menu and our standards. Months 4–8: Run a Mad Mex restaurant with full P&L; accountability. Months 9–12: Franchise readiness with site selection, business planning and funding. Month 12: Handover—your restaurant, your business, your upside.
