Job Description

CareSuper is seeking a Scrum Master to support member experience initiatives within the Experience team. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, help cross-functional squads deliver value, and remove impediments to keep delivery on track and focused on member outcomes.

You will partner with the Product Owner to manage the backlog, plan sprints, and coach teams in agile practices, fostering continuous improvement in a regulated financial services setting.
