Job Description

Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking top Sommeliers to join our team, delivering a best-in-class wine experience on a casual basis within our acclaimed venues. You will bring passion for wine and outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have deep wine knowledge across old and current world, plus experience in training staff and managing stock. RSA certification is required; WSET/CMS is advantageous, and you must be versatile to a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays.
