Job Description

The District Nursing Clinical Coordinator at Benalla Health provides expert nursing care to allocated clients, advocates for patients, and collaborates with other health specialists to ensure coordinated care. In this permanent part time role (0.4 FTE), the coordinator supports health education, promotes wellness, and guides care planning within an Active Service Model.
