Job Description

Monash Health is seeking a Customer Services & Admissions Manager to lead patient-facing administrative teams across Clayton, Moorabbin and the Victorian Heart Hospital. You will ensure a consistently kind, effective and empathetic experience for patients and visitors.

Reporting to an Operations Director, you will govern admissions and data integrity, drive education and change, and collaborate to maximise service delivery across three sites with occasional travel requirements.
