Job Description

People Equity is seeking a hands-on leader to drive our private label Product Development function from concept to commercial launch. You will partner with manufacturers in China and engineers to transform ideas into market-ready products, owning the entire development journey.

Based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, you will work closely with the CEO, progressively taking ownership of product strategy and current categories as you build understanding of customers and market.
