Job Description

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to work Casual at our Tweed Heads facility. The role focuses on comprehensive care planning, assessment, and documentation to support best outcomes for residents.

Key responsibilities include assessing residents, creating and adjusting care plans, and ensuring accurate ACFI submissions. The role requires an AHPRA-registered RN with at least two years' aged care experience and availability for wide-ranging shifts.
