Job Description

Tathra Hotel in NSW seeks a proactive Hotel Manager / Duty Manager to lead daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance. This full‐time role requires robust leadership, guest‐focus and a calm, decisive approach.

Salary of AU$79,423–$95,000 per year plus a supportive team workplace. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential, with a track record of maintaining service standards and safety compliance.
