Job Description

CSR Springboard is seeking a Counter Sales skilled for a full time role based in Launceston, TAS. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join the Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in customer service, sales, and some warehouse duties.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service across walk-ins, emails and calls, supporting daily store operations, processing orders and payments, and maintaining displays and merchandising standards.
