Job Description

Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting Lead Reablement workers to deliver short-term, person-centered support, enabling independence for adults 18+. You will work with service users, families and professionals to create tailored plans and monitor progress.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, solid communication skills, and a full driving licence. A car is helpful for travel across Cambridgeshire, with training and development prospects provided.
