Job Description

CBRE Data Centre Solutions is seeking a Resource Manager to lead in office workforce operations for a Hyperscale Data Centre setting in Sydney. The role focuses on recruitment, payroll, rostering, and skilled trades management, ensuring delivery meets contracts and KPIs.

You will report to the Alliance Manager and Area General Manager, driving engagement, performance, and training initiatives while coordinating with MEGT, RTOs and client stakeholders.
