Job Description

Norwest Recruitment in South West Sydney is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead a busy, hands-on HR function within a practical, rapid-moving business.

You will manage employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters, coach leaders across multiple sites, and oversee awards and EA interpretations. This is a critical leadership role in a family-run operation with a solid focus on getting things done.
