Job Description

Austin Health in Melbourne's northern suburbs seeks a Workforce Injury and Recovery Manager to lead injury management and workers compensation across the organisation. You will drive best-practice strategies to support injured employees to stay at work or return to work safely.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop policy, analyse data to identify trends, and partner with insurers, providers and regulators to achieve optimal recovery outcomes. Versatile hybrid work is available.
