Required Skills:

Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Proven experience in candidate sourcing and management
n
Solid knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of legislative compliance requirements and credentialing processes
n
Attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
n

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry

Familiarity with VEVO (Working Rights) checks and pre-employment screening
n
Knowledge of health and safety or credential validation processes
n
Proficiency in report generation and data analysis

Experience working with external compliance portals and maintaining accurate candidate records
