The Role

As Head Chef, you’ll lead all aspects of kitchen operations — from menu creation and food costing to staff mentoring and service execution. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to innovate, inspire, and work hands‑on with the team.

Your day-to-day will include:
Designing and evolving seasonal menus
Managing and motivating a passionate kitchen team
Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across every dish
Overseeing kitchen budgets,



stock control, and food safety compliance
Collaborating with directors to deliver top‑tier dining experiences

About You
Proven experience in a senior chef or head chef role
Passionate about food, local produce, and kitchen culture
Natural leader with strong communication and team‑building skills
Calm under pressure, solutions‑focused, and highly organised
Knowledge of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems
Relevant qualifications and food safety certifications
