Job Description

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M;) Melbourne Tax team is expanding, offering prospects as Consultant or Senior Consultant on the M&A; tax advisory track. You will work on multiple deals, providing technical and practical tax advice across the M&A; lifecycle and engage directly with senior leadership for high‐quality outcomes.

You will analyse tax structures, perform due diligence, and prepare tax commentary while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver transaction success.
