Salary range of $110K - $140K plus super

You’ll lead operational delivery, people capability, service quality and continuous improvement across services such as field operations, investigations, repossessions, audits and other evolving portfolios.

Solid operational leadership experience in a complex service environment
Proven ability to manage performance, service levels and competing priorities
Confidence working in both operational detail and strategic initiatives
Experience with process improvement, transformation or technology-enabled change
Strong people leadership, communication and commercial judgement
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving workplace
