Cater Care is seeking a Chef Manager for our 86-bed aged care facility in Nambucca Heads. You will lead the kitchen team, plan menus, oversee texture modified meals and ensure high standards of service from preparation to delivery. This permanent full time role emphasizes resident dining needs, budgeting, and staff development in a supportive setting.
