Job Description

3Bridges Community is seeking a Youth Worker to join our Youth and Families team in NSW. This part time role supports young people through our Youth Drop-In Space and school-based programs, focusing on empowerment, practical support, and connection to services.

You'll bring a Certificate IV in Youth Work, experience with diverse backgrounds, trauma-informed practice, and solid communication. The role promotes safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes for young people and their families.
