Job Description

Telstra is seeking a Chief of Staff for People, Culture & Capability (PCC) to enable the PCC Group Executive and partner with the PCC Senior Leadership Team to shape priorities and delivery. The role supports broader alignment, engagement and value across PCC and its stakeholders.

Reporting to the Group Executive PCC, you will lead governance, strategic planning and executive advisory work, strengthening Telstra's external profile on AI and the future workforce.
