We are seeking a motivated and capable Service Manager to lead and support our small electrical service team. This hands-on leadership role suits an experienced electrical professional who enjoys coordinating people and jobs, solving problems, and building robust client relationships.

About the role

You will take ownership of day-to-day service operations, helping the team work safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. The role covers commercial and industrial electrical service, solar PV, air conditioning, and select residential service jobs.
Lead, support and coordinate a small team of service technicians
Oversee scheduling, workflow, safety, quality and client communication
Coordinate quoted works, service jobs and insurance works from allocation through to completion
Monitor job progress, resolve issues and keep customers informed
Help drive team performance, productivity and customer satisfaction




Maintain accurate job information using computer-based job management systems
Grow the service team, both vehicles on the road and a strong office base

About you

You bring solid electrical service experience, confidence leading a small team, and a calm, organised communication style. You are practical, self-starting and solution-focused, with the judgement to use initiative and keep work moving.
Robust experience in electrical service and maintenance environments
Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate and support technicians
Clear, professional communication with clients, technicians and managers
Sound organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
Confidence using computers and job management systems
A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service

Remuneration and benefits

A competitive package will be tailored to the successful candidate and includes:
Negotiable base salary plus Superannuation
Base salary range is between $140k - $165k based on experience
