Job Description

TPG Telecom is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide specialist ER/IR expertise across the business. You will support leaders to manage workplace matters, ensure compliance with employment legislation and policies, and mitigate risk while enhancing the employee experience.

You will advise on performance management, grievances, investigations, redundancies and wage compliance, and contribute to enterprise agreements and bargaining activities.
