APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Lake Haven, NSW site to support participants to become job-ready and connect them with real employment prospects. The role blends people support with sales, relationship building and administration within our Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

You will market candidates to employers, build solid local business relationships, and drive placements while achieving KPIs in a supportive, inclusive team.
