Amazon Leo APJ Consumer team seeks a Senior Manager, Subscriber Lifecycle & Retention to own activation through mature tenure across APJ. Lead lifecycle marketing strategy, retention and churn prevention, and automated programs across email, push, in‐app, SMS, and outbound channels.

Collaborate with GTM, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to design proactive communications, predictive churn indicators, and interventions.
