Job Description

GEO Healthcare in Melbourne seeks a Director, Safety and Quality to lead governance and quality assurance across Victoria's prisons. You will monitor performance, report against KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual and accreditation standards.

The role reports to the General Manager and drives a culture of excellence. You will coordinate service-wide accreditation, implement governance systems, and foster evidence-based practice while engaging with staff and external stakeholders.
