Job Description

Hope Street Youth and Family Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Youth Specialist for a permanent full time role based in Brunswick West. You will provide specialist case management to young people and families, supporting housing, health, education and community participation.

You will engage clients, motivate progress toward goals, and maintain compliant records. The role emphasises trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and collaboration with diverse service sectors.
