Our client is expanding its recently acquired business and is seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to support a major growth and operational transformation program. With established retail locations in Australia, the business is entering its next phase of growth with the launch of recent stores and distribution centres.

This is a hands‑on role where you will work across business and operational stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of multiple initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation and hypercare.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead business requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
Document current and future state processes
Develop detailed process maps and business documentation
Support test planning, test execution and defect management
Coordinate business readiness activities
Drive transition to business-as-usual operations
Provide post-implementation support and hypercare




Work closely with retail, pharmacy, operations and distribution stakeholders

What We Are Looking For
Essential: 10 - 15 years' experience as a Business Analyst with specific experience across the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working across retail, supply chain or distribution environments
Solid stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Experience managing testing and implementation activities
Ideally has experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or business integrations
Adaptable, pragmatic and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
Available to commence within the next four weeks
