selectability is a not-for-profit charity focused on improving mental wellbeing and suicide prevention in regional Queensland. The Youth Worker role provides direct support to children and young people with complex needs and offers accommodation within a residential program.

The successful candidate will demonstrate child-secure values, be prepared to obtain required screenings, and work within a supportive, culturally secure team in Charters Towers.
