Job Description

Sazerac Company is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in North Sydney, NSW. This 7-month fixed-term contract plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers, coordinating with 3rd party logistics providers, and driving service levels across the order-to-cash cycle.

You will lead a small team, own DC booking outcomes, and act as the first escalation point for delivery issues.
