Job Description

Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will assist with preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections, work with the team to ensure quality and consistent service, and uphold HACCP and OH&S; standards.

Required: Certificate III in Cookery, knowledge of Contemporary Australian cuisine, ability to work under pressure, and adaptable shifts including weekends; hourly rates apply.
