Job Description

TPG Telecom is seeking a People Experience Systems, Process & Reporting Consultant to optimise HR technology ecosystems, reporting and processes. The role focuses on HRIS platforms, Oracle HCM, and analytics to deliver workforce insights and operational efficiency.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, automate processes and collaborate across People Experience, Payroll, Technology, Finance and Operations to implement improvements and data-driven solutions for a better employee experience.
