Job Description

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our residential aged care team. You will deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, focus on mobility and functional outcomes, and participate in care plan reviews with a multidisciplinary group.

You will work across RAC and community settings, in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region, and enjoy a supportive, mentorship‐driven workplace with transparent pathways for career development and wellbeing initiatives.
