Job Description

ImpSoft in Canberra is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead sustainment for a PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system within a Defence-aligned program. You will oversee delivery against SLAs, governance, and client expectations, coordinating a 45+ person team.

You will build robust relationships with Commonwealth stakeholders, manage risks and continuous improvement, and provide strategic advice to executives through transparent reporting.
