Job Description

RM Watson Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Lead to own end-to-end tender and proposal processes. You will coordinate technical and commercial input, develop persuasive content, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You'll work with Commercial Director and senior teams to establish bid programs, win themes, and differentiators while maintaining high quality across capability statements and case studies.
