Job Description

BT Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager to lead Oil Company and Automotive dealership accounts in Victoria and Tasmania, driving growth and expansion, with regular regional travel and a solid focus on client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven sales experience in automotive/oil markets, excellent negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency. A mechanical or engineering background is highly regarded for workshop equipment knowledge.
