Job Description

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations and support the Store Manager. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience and leading a capable team in a rapid-paced retail workplace.

You will be responsible for customer service, staff onboarding, stock management, deliveries, safety, rostering, and sales planning, with opportunities for bonus pay and career development within the OTR network.
