Job Description

KnowBe4 is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage opportunities within an assigned customer portfolio and drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in a rapid-paced security setting.

You will coordinate with CSMs and Account Managers, forecast weekly, and maintain accurate Salesforce records to ensure consistent bookings and minimal churn. Must excel in negotiation and communication.
